Decking, Railing & Lighting for Every Outdoor Space
Eight composite and PVC decking lines, four coordinated railing systems, and integrated LED lighting – all designed and manufactured in the USA.
The Brand That Changed the Warranty Game
Most homeowners don’t realize that Fiberon introduced composite decking’s first-ever 25-year stain and fade warranty – at a time when every other manufacturer was offering five. That’s not a marketing footnote. It’s why contractors started specifying the brand in the late 1990s, and why those warranties have since grown to 50 years on premium lines.
Fiberon manufactures in New London, NC and Post Falls, ID, running a closed-loop production system that diverts over 70,000 tons of wood and plastic waste from landfills each year. Roughly 100 million pounds of recycled plastic go into Fiberon products annually – a genuine commitment, not a rounding error on a spec sheet.
What separates Fiberon at similar price points is the PermaTech® capping strategy. Budget composites typically protect the top and two sides. Concordia, Promenade, and Paramount cap all four sides – including the board underside – sealing out moisture and UV from every angle. On near-grade or low-airflow builds, that full perimeter seal is what holds up over decades.
Built Different. Built to Last.
Fiberon engineers every board for real-world durability – from capping chemistry to surface texture, fire performance, and sustainable manufacturing.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Have questions about Fiberon products and materials?
Fiberon introduced the composite industry’s first 25-year stain and fade warranty – when competitors were still offering five. That track record continues: Concordia and Promenade now carry Lifetime structural warranties and 50-year fade and stain coverage. Fiberon also runs a closed-loop manufacturing system in North Carolina and Idaho, diverting more than 70,000 tons of wood and plastic waste per year.
Fiberon’s PVC lines – Promenade and Paramount – contain zero wood fiber, making them fully impervious to moisture, mold, and insects. They’re built for pools, docks, and coastal environments, and both carry a Lifetime structural warranty with 50-year fade and stain coverage. Composite lines like Concordia, Sanctuary, and Good Life blend recycled wood fiber and polymer for a broader range of styles and price points, with warranties running from 25 to 50 years depending on the collection.
Promenade and Concordia both carry a Lifetime structural warranty and a 50-year fade and stain warranty – among the strongest coverage available from any decking manufacturer. Sanctuary steps to a 40-year fade and stain warranty, while Good Life covers 25 to 30 years depending on the sub-collection you choose.
Yes. Fiberon Promenade is purpose-built for waterside use. Its solid PVC core contains no organic material – nothing to absorb water, swell, or develop mold. The surface coating is tested specifically for slip resistance in both wet and dry conditions, and it holds WUI fire compliance. Paramount PVC is the lighter option, which speeds installation on elevated or over-water structures where board weight is a factor on the job.
Yes. Fiberon Promenade and Paramount meet CA SFM 12-7A-4 Parts A and B and carry an ASTM E84 Class A flame spread rating – the highest classification for building products, on par with concrete. Both are approved for use in all California Wildland-Urban Interface zones and comparable fire-risk designations in other states.
PermaTech® is Fiberon’s proprietary cap layer that bonds to the composite board core and defends against stains, fading, moisture, and UV. Sanctuary and Good Life apply it on three sides – top and both sides. Concordia applies it on all four sides including the underside, making boards fully reversible and better sealed on low-clearance or high-humidity installations.
