3. Use of Our Websites

By using our websites, you agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:

  • Use any automated tool, bot, scraper, or crawler to access, copy, or extract content from our websites
  • Abuse, overload, or interfere with the functionality of our websites or tools
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or infrastructure
  • Use our decking calculators or quote forms for any purpose other than genuine project estimation or inquiry
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form or tool
  • Reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit any content, pricing, or materials from our websites without prior written consent

We reserve the right to block or restrict access to any user who violates these terms.

4. Quotes & Pricing

Quote Validity & Expiration

All quotes issued by Premium Decking Supply, Inc. – whether provided via email, in person, or on paper – are valid for the period stated on the quote. Once a quote expires, it is no longer valid and will not be honored. If you wish to proceed after a quote has expired, a new quote must be requested and prices are subject to change.

Pricing on Our Website

We make every effort to ensure pricing on our online store is accurate and up to date. However, pricing errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to cancel any order where a product was listed at an incorrect price, provided the order has not yet been shipped or fulfilled. In such cases, a full refund will be issued with no restocking fee applied.

Taxes

Orders shipped within Illinois and Wisconsin are subject to applicable sales tax. Orders shipped to all other states are tax-free. Tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination.

Payment

All orders on our online store require payment in full at the time of purchase. We do not offer deposits or partial payments. Online payments are processed securely through PayPal and Stripe. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

For in-person or phone orders, payment terms will be communicated at the time of sale.

5. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, you may request a cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible. Cancellations are subject to the following:

  • Standard orders not yet shipped: Full refund, no restocking fee.
  • Special orders not yet placed with the supplier: Full refund, no restocking fee. Contact us immediately as special orders are placed promptly.
  • Special orders already placed with the supplier: May not be cancellable. If cancellation is not possible, no refund will be issued as special order items are non-refundable.
  • Orders already shipped: Cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns policy in Section 6.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, or if the lead time extends beyond what was originally communicated and your order has not yet shipped, you are entitled to a full refund with no restocking fee.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns Due to Our Error

If you received an incorrect item as a result of our error, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will cover all return shipping costs. Items must be unopened and in original condition. Please contact us with your order number and details so we can assess the return and provide instructions.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of handing the package to the return shipper. This includes transit time, processing time on our end, and your bank’s processing time.

Returns Due to Customer Error

If you ordered the wrong item or wish to return a product for any reason other than our error, you may request a return/exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened and in original, undamaged packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
  • Special order items are non-refundable under any circumstances

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number. We will respond promptly with instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Special order items (any item ordered specifically for you that is not standard stock)
  • Items that have been opened, installed, cut, or altered in any way
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable. If an order has already left our facility, shipping fees will not be refunded regardless of the reason for return. If the return is due to our error and the order has not yet shipped, any shipping fees paid will be refunded in full.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Carriers & Coverage

We ship to any address in the United States of America. Standard shipments are fulfilled via UPS. For larger orders, we utilize LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers including XPO, R+L, Estes Carriers, and other major LTL providers. The appropriate carrier will be selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Please note that many of the products we sell are primarily rated by dimensional size rather than weight alone. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and are estimates only – we are not liable for carrier delays beyond our control.

Free Shipping Promotion

Free shipping on small package orders over $100 applies to standard UPS shipments as currently promoted on our online store. This promotion is subject to change at any time without notice and does not apply to LTL freight shipments.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within our designated service area. Local deliveries are made using our own vehicles and staff. All loads are inspected before leaving our facility. Upon delivery, items are inspected again and delivery is completed upon the customer’s review and signature. By signing, the customer acknowledges that the order was received in good condition. Claims for damage on local deliveries must be raised at the time of delivery before signing.

Damage in Transit (Third-Party Carriers)

Premium Decking Supply, Inc. takes reasonable care in packaging all orders for shipment. However, once an order leaves our facility and is in the possession of a third-party carrier (UPS, XPO, R+L, or any other LTL carrier), we are not responsible for damage that occurs during transit. Damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier. We will assist you with documentation where possible, but we cannot guarantee outcomes of carrier claims. We strongly recommend inspecting all deliveries at the time of receipt and noting any damage before signing for the shipment.

8. Decking Calculators & Estimation Tools

Our decking calculator, railing calculator, and any other estimation tools available on premiumdeckingsupply.com are provided for informational and planning purposes only. By using these tools, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All results, material lists, quantities, and cost estimates generated by our tools are estimates only and are not guaranteed to be accurate
  • Actual material requirements may vary based on site conditions, installation methods, waste, cuts, and other factors
  • Premium Decking Supply, Inc. accepts no liability for any decisions, purchases, or costs arising from reliance on calculator results
  • Calculator results do not constitute a formal quote and are not binding on us in any way
  • You should always consult with a qualified contractor or our team directly before placing a final order based on calculator output

By submitting your contact information through our calculator tools, you consent to receiving your estimate by email and to being contacted by our team regarding your project.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our websites – including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, calculator tools, pricing, graphics, and layout – is the property of Premium Decking Supply, Inc. or its respective brand partners (Trex, TimberTech, Fiberon, Deckorators, Wolf, Envision, and others) and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, scrape, or commercially exploit any content from our websites without prior written permission from Premium Decking Supply, Inc. Linking to our websites for informational purposes is permitted provided it is not misleading or damaging to our brand.

Third-party brand names, logos, and product imagery displayed on our websites remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Premium Decking Supply, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our websites, tools, products, or services, including but not limited to:

  • Errors or inaccuracies in calculator estimates or product information
  • Damage to products occurring during third-party carrier transit
  • Delays in shipping or fulfillment beyond our control
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any reliance on information provided on our websites

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

Products sold by Premium Decking Supply, Inc. may carry manufacturer warranties. Any such warranties are provided solely by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s own terms and conditions. Premium Decking Supply, Inc. makes no independent warranties beyond what is expressly stated by the manufacturer.

Our websites and tools are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of our websites, or any transaction with us, we encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally and in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Will County, Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to this page. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect when the most recent changes were made.
